  I just had a very unsatisfying experience with this company. We have four large patio covers made out of big timber that we need to re-stain. We think TWP stain was used previously but we wanted to verify that, and make sure the color matched. So I ordered some stain samples. Online it states clearly that the samples are "Half Pint Sample Can" size. My samples arrived today and I received these tiny little miniature cans that are half full, with maybe 2 ounces of stain at the most, nowhere near 8 ounces. The logs on our patio covers are very dry, and I'm afraid they will slurp up this amount of stain without us being able to tell very much. I called to explain our problem, and was told that that was the size of the samples, and there was nothing they could do. I told them that it clearly stated the amount, even on my packing list, and I had not received what I ordered. They said the description was of the can size, not the amount of stain in the can. Have you ever heard anything so ridiculous? So I wasted $14 on postage, and I'll need to find someone else to buy stain from. If you value customer service, I would go somewhere else.
