  My experience was dreadful. I went in to pick up a candle and after looking around for a little while I found the one I wanted. I proceeded to walk up to the registers to wait in line. The woman before me was doing a return so it took a little bit longer but I understand that I've worked retail for many years. When it's finally my turn I walked up to the register and the rude employee looked up rolled her eyes and said well it'll be a minute before I help you. I was in shock and just stood there! Then she looked up again and said in a snarky tone," well obviously you can put it down." Mentally I was deciding if I just wanted to leave it or continue with the purchase. Finally she "helped" me. I paid and everything and then she just DROPPED the candle in the bag. First of all, it's a freaking candle that is now broken! Because she dropped it in the bag. (Jokes on them because I switched it out as I was leaving for the same candle that was unbroken because that's not my fault and I'm not dealing with that employee again.) Second, whenever I bought a candle from Bath & Body Works it has ALWAYS been placed in a box and matches given to me without even asking. I will never return after that experience.
